Privacy Policy

Information stored on your device
Everything you enter — your cars, mileage, service history, reminders, expenses, receipts, notes, documents, and user manuals — is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device database. We have no servers and we never receive or store this information. It does not leave your device unless you choose to export a backup.
Backups
The app lets you create a backup file that you save or share yourself (for example to iCloud Drive or any destination you pick). This is entirely under your control. Any copy you save is then handled by the service you send it to (e.g., Apple iCloud), under that service’s terms — not by us.
Camera and Photos
With your permission, the app uses the camera to photograph your car, receipts, and documents, and can import images from your photo library. These images are stored locally on your device together with your other data. We do not upload or transmit them.
Location
With your permission, the app uses your location only while you are using the app, to show or find car workshops near you. Your location is used on your device to provide this feature and is not collected, stored, or shared by us.
Notifications
The app schedules local notifications on your device to remind you of upcoming maintenance. They are generated on-device; no information is sent to us.
Purchases (CarMate Pro)
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not see or store your payment details. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
No tracking, analytics, or advertising
The app contains no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We do not build user profiles, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.
Data retention and deletion
Because your data lives on your device, you control it. You can delete individual items inside the app, or remove all data by deleting the app. Uninstalling the app removes its on-device data.
Children
The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك
كل ما تُدخله — سياراتك، الممشى، سجل الصيانة، التذكيرات، المصاريف، الفواتير، الملاحظات، المستندات، وأدلّة المستخدم — يُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك عبر قاعدة بيانات Apple على الجهاز. لا نملك خوادم، ولا نستقبل هذه البيانات أو نخزّنها إطلاقاً، ولا تغادر جهازك إلا إذا اخترت أنت تصدير نسخة احتياطية.
النسخ الاحتياطي
يتيح لك التطبيق إنشاء ملف نسخة احتياطية تحفظه أو تشاركه أنت بنفسك (مثلاً إلى iCloud Drive أو أي وجهة تختارها). هذا الإجراء تحت تحكّمك بالكامل، وأي نسخة تحفظها تتولّاها الخدمة التي ترسلها إليها (مثل iCloud من Apple) وفق شروطها — لا نحن.
الكاميرا والصور
بعد إذنك، يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا لتصوير سيارتك وفواتيرك ومستنداتك، ويمكنه استيراد الصور من مكتبة صورك. تُحفظ هذه الصور محلياً على جهازك مع باقي بياناتك، ولا نرفعها أو ننقلها.
الموقع
بعد إذنك، يستخدم التطبيق موقعك أثناء استخدامك للتطبيق فقط لعرض أو إيجاد ورش السيارات القريبة منك. يُستخدم موقعك على جهازك لتقديم هذه الميزة، ولا نجمعه أو نخزّنه أو نشاركه.
الإشعارات
يجدول التطبيق إشعارات محلية على جهازك لتذكيرك بالصيانة القادمة. تُنشأ على الجهاز، ولا تُرسَل أي معلومات إلينا.
المشتريات (CarMate Pro)
تتم معالجة الاشتراكات والمشتريات لمرة واحدة عبر Apple من خلال App Store. لا نرى بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك ولا نخزّنها، وتخضع معالجة عملية الشراء لسياسة خصوصية Apple.
بلا تتبّع أو تحليلات أو إعلانات
لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي تحليلات لطرف ثالث، ولا إعلانات، ولا تتبّع. لا نُنشئ ملفات تعريف للمستخدمين، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها مع أي جهة.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
بما أن بياناتك على جهازك، فأنت تتحكّم بها. يمكنك حذف العناصر داخل التطبيق، أو حذف كل البيانات بإزالة التطبيق. إزالة التطبيق تمحو بياناته المخزّنة على الجهاز.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لجمهور عام، ولا يجمع عن قصد أي معلومات من الأطفال.
تغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وستُنشر التغييرات على هذه الصفحة بتاريخ سريان جديد.
