Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 October 2026

In short: your data stays on your devices and in your own private iCloud, we operate no servers and can’t see your data, we don’t track you, and we never sell your data.

Your data

Everything you enter — your cars, mileage, service history, reminders, expenses, receipts, notes, documents, user manuals, and photos — is stored on your device using Apple’s on-device database. We have no servers and we never receive or store this information.

iCloud sync

If you are signed in to iCloud, the app keeps your data, photos, files, and app settings in sync across your iPhone and iPad using Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit), in your own private iCloud account. Apple stores this data under your Apple Account, governed by Apple’s iCloud terms and Privacy Policy, and it counts toward your iCloud storage. We cannot access it. To stop syncing, turn off iCloud for CarMate Ultra in your device’s Settings (your name › iCloud).

Backups

The app lets you create a backup file that you save or share yourself (for example to iCloud Drive or any destination you pick). This is entirely under your control. Any copy you save is then handled by the service you send it to (e.g., Apple iCloud), under that service’s terms — not by us.

Camera and Photos

With your permission, the app uses the camera to photograph your car, receipts, and documents, and can import images from your photo library. These images are stored with your other data on your device and, when iCloud sync is on, in your private iCloud. We do not receive them.

Location

With your permission, the app uses your location only while you are using the app, to show or find car workshops near you. Your location is used on your device to provide this feature and is not collected, stored, or shared by us.

Notifications

The app schedules local notifications on your device to remind you of upcoming maintenance. They are generated on-device; no information is sent to us.

Purchases (CarMate Pro)

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not see or store your payment details. Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

No tracking, analytics, or advertising

The app contains no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We do not build user profiles, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.

Data retention and deletion

You control your data. You can delete individual items in the app, and the deletion syncs to your other devices. Deleting the app removes its data from that device only; when iCloud sync is on, your data stays in your iCloud and comes back if you reinstall. To delete it from iCloud, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage, choose CarMate Ultra, and delete its data.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

باختصار: بياناتك تبقى على أجهزتك وفي حساب iCloud الخاص بك، ولا نشغّل أي خوادم ولا نستطيع رؤية بياناتك، ولا نتتبّعك، ولا نبيع بياناتك أبداً.

بياناتك

كل ما تُدخله — سياراتك، الممشى، سجل الصيانة، التذكيرات، المصاريف، الفواتير، الملاحظات، المستندات، أدلّة المستخدم، والصور — يُخزَّن على جهازك عبر قاعدة بيانات Apple على الجهاز. لا نملك خوادم، ولا نستقبل هذه البيانات أو نخزّنها إطلاقاً.

المزامنة عبر iCloud

إذا كنت مسجّلاً في iCloud، يُبقي التطبيق بياناتك وصورك وملفاتك وإعداداته متزامنة بين الآيفون والآيباد عبر خدمة iCloud ‏(CloudKit) من Apple، في حساب iCloud الخاص بك. تحفظ Apple هذه البيانات ضمن حسابك وفق شروط iCloud وسياسة خصوصية Apple، وتُحتسب من مساحة iCloud لديك، ولا نستطيع نحن الوصول إليها. لإيقاف المزامنة، أوقف iCloud لتطبيق CarMate Ultra من الإعدادات على جهازك (اسمك › iCloud).

النسخ الاحتياطي

يتيح لك التطبيق إنشاء ملف نسخة احتياطية تحفظه أو تشاركه أنت بنفسك (مثلاً إلى iCloud Drive أو أي وجهة تختارها). هذا الإجراء تحت تحكّمك بالكامل، وأي نسخة تحفظها تتولّاها الخدمة التي ترسلها إليها (مثل iCloud من Apple) وفق شروطها — لا نحن.

الكاميرا والصور

بعد إذنك، يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا لتصوير سيارتك وفواتيرك ومستنداتك، ويمكنه استيراد الصور من مكتبة صورك. تُحفظ هذه الصور مع باقي بياناتك على جهازك، وفي حساب iCloud الخاص بك عند تفعيل المزامنة، ولا نستقبلها نحن.

الموقع

بعد إذنك، يستخدم التطبيق موقعك أثناء استخدامك للتطبيق فقط لعرض أو إيجاد ورش السيارات القريبة منك. يُستخدم موقعك على جهازك لتقديم هذه الميزة، ولا نجمعه أو نخزّنه أو نشاركه.

الإشعارات

يجدول التطبيق إشعارات محلية على جهازك لتذكيرك بالصيانة القادمة. تُنشأ على الجهاز، ولا تُرسَل أي معلومات إلينا.

المشتريات (CarMate Pro)

تتم معالجة الاشتراكات والمشتريات لمرة واحدة عبر Apple من خلال App Store. لا نرى بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك ولا نخزّنها، وتخضع معالجة عملية الشراء لسياسة خصوصية Apple.

بلا تتبّع أو تحليلات أو إعلانات

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي تحليلات لطرف ثالث، ولا إعلانات، ولا تتبّع. لا نُنشئ ملفات تعريف للمستخدمين، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها مع أي جهة.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

أنت تتحكّم ببياناتك. يمكنك حذف العناصر داخل التطبيق، ويُحذف ما تحذفه من أجهزتك الأخرى أيضاً. إزالة التطبيق تمحو بياناته من ذلك الجهاز فقط؛ وعند تفعيل المزامنة تبقى بياناتك في iCloud وتعود إذا أعدت تثبيت التطبيق. لحذفها من iCloud، افتح الإعدادات على الآيفون أو الآيباد › اسمك › iCloud › إدارة تخزين الحساب، واختر CarMate Ultra ثم احذف بياناته.

الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه لجمهور عام، ولا يجمع عن قصد أي معلومات من الأطفال.

تغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وستُنشر التغييرات على هذه الصفحة بتاريخ سريان جديد.
