تواصل معنا

البدء
- إنشاء شجرة: من شاشة البداية اختر «إنشاء شجرة عائلة جديدة»، ثم أضف المؤسس وأفراد العائلة.
- تجربة التطبيق أولاً: «استكشف عائلة نموذجية» يفتح عائلة تجريبية تتنقل فيها بحرية دون أن تمس بياناتك.
- إضافة قريب: من بطاقة أي شخص اختر «إضافة قريب» (والد، زوج، ابن، أخ).
- التنقل في الشجرة: اضغط + أسفل البطاقة لإظهار فرعها، وكبّر وصغّر بإصبعيك، و«انتقل إلى موقعي في الشجرة» من قائمة المزيد.
دعوة الأقارب والانضمام
لصاحب الشجرة
- افتح «دعوة عضو»، واختر الشخص في الشجرة ودوره، ثم «إنشاء دعوة». للمشاهد لا يلزم اختيار شخص.
- أرسل الرسالة كاملة (فيها رمز الشجرة ورمز الدعوة) بالطريقة التي تفضّلها.
- رمز الدعوة لشخص واحد ويُستخدم مرة واحدة، وتنتهي صلاحيته بعد سبعة أيام ما لم تغيّر ذلك. يمكنك إعادة الإرسال أو الإبطال من الدعوات المعلّقة.
للقريب المدعوّ
- ثبّت التطبيق، واختر «الانضمام بدعوة»، والصق الرسالة كاملة كما وصلتك؛ يستخرج التطبيق الرمزين تلقائياً.
- قد يستغرق ظهور الشجرة دقيقة أو دقيقتين. إن طال ذلك ستجدها في «أشجاري».
الأدوار والموافقات
- المشرف: يضيف الأشخاص ويعدّلهم ويراجع الطلبات.
- العضو: يرى الشجرة ويقترح الإضافات والتعديلات، ويضيف الذكريات.
- المشاهد: يرى الشجرة فقط.
- كل ما يضيفه الأعضاء أو يعدّلونه، حتى على ملفاتهم، وكل ذكرى يشاركونها، لا يظهر للعائلة إلا بعد موافقة صاحب الشجرة من شاشة «الطلبات».
الخصوصية وطريقة العرض
- البريد ورقم الجوال مخفيان افتراضياً لكل فرد، ويمكن إظهارهما بموافقة صاحب الشجرة.
- يختار صاحب الشجرة طريقة عرضها لجميع الأعضاء، مثل إخفاء النساء أو الزوجات، فيُطبَّق ذلك على الشجرة وعلى كل صفحات التطبيق.

iCloud والمزامنة
- لا حسابات في التطبيق؛ تُحفظ الشجرة وتُزامن عبر iCloud. تأكد أن جهازك مسجّل في iCloud وأن iCloud مفعّل لتطبيق عزوتي في الإعدادات.
- تُحفظ الشجرة وصورها في مساحة iCloud الخاصة بصاحبها.
- لا يمكن الانضمام إلى شجرة تملكها بحساب Apple نفسه؛ يحتاج كل قريب إلى حسابه الخاص.
النسخ الاحتياطي والحذف
- نسخة احتياطية: الإعدادات ← النسخ والتصدير. يمكنك أيضاً تصدير الشجرة كاملة كصورة واحدة.
- حذف شجرة: تبقى في «المحذوفة مؤخرًا» ٣٠ يوماً يمكن استعادتها خلالها.
- حذف بياناتك: الإعدادات ← بياناتك ← «حذف بياناتي». لا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.
حلول لمشكلات شائعة
- «الرمز غير صحيح» أو «مستخدم»: الصق الرسالة كاملة بدل كتابة الرمز يدوياً. إن كان الرمز قد استُخدم أو انتهت مدته، اطلب من صاحب الشجرة دعوة جديدة.
- لا تظهر التعديلات عند الآخرين: تحقق من اتصال الإنترنت وتسجيل iCloud. تعديلات الأعضاء تنتظر موافقة صاحب الشجرة.
- لا تصل تذكيرات أعياد الميلاد: فعّل «تنبيه يوم الميلاد» من الإعدادات، واسمح للتطبيق بالإشعارات من إعدادات iOS.
- نسيت أن القفل مفعّل: قفل التطبيق يستخدم Face ID أو Touch ID أو رمز جهازك.

Contact us
To help us reply quickly, please include your device model, iOS version, what happened, and a screenshot if you can. Please don't send invitation codes or any of your family's private information.
Getting started
- Create a tree: on the first screen choose "Create a Family Tree", then add the founder and your family.
- Try it first: "Explore a Sample Family" opens a sample family you can explore freely without touching your own data.
- Add a relative: on anyone's profile choose "Add Relative" (parent, spouse, child or sibling).
- Find your way around the tree: tap + under a card to reveal its branch, pinch to zoom, and use "Go to My Place in the Tree" from the More menu.
Inviting relatives and joining
For the tree's owner
- Open "Invite Member", choose the person in the tree and their role, then "Generate Invitation". A viewer doesn't need a person.
- Send the whole message (it holds the tree code and the invitation code) however you like.
- An invitation code is for one person and works once. It expires after seven days unless you change that. You can resend or revoke it from Pending Invitations.
For the relative you invited
- Install the app, choose "Join with an Invitation", and paste the whole message as you received it; the app picks out both codes.
- The tree can take a minute or two to appear. If it takes longer, you'll find it in My Trees.
Roles and approvals
- Admin: adds and edits people and reviews requests.
- Member: sees the tree, suggests additions and changes, and adds memories.
- Viewer: sees the tree only.
- Anything members add or change, even on their own profiles, and every memory they share, appears to the family only after the tree's owner approves it in Requests.
Privacy and how the tree is shown
- Email and phone numbers are hidden by default for everyone, and can be shown with the owner's approval.
- The tree's owner chooses how it is shown to all members, such as hiding women or wives; the choice applies to the tree and to every screen of the app.

iCloud and syncing
- The app has no accounts; your tree is stored and synced through iCloud. Make sure your device is signed in to iCloud and that iCloud is on for Ezwati in Settings.
- A tree and its photos are kept in its owner's iCloud storage.
- You can't join a tree you own with the same Apple Account; each relative needs their own.
Backup and deleting
- Backup: Settings → Backup & Export. You can also export the whole tree as a single picture.
- Deleting a tree: it stays in Recently Deleted for 30 days, in case you need it back.
- Deleting your data: Settings → Your Data → Delete My Data. This can't be undone.
Common problems
- "Incorrect code" or "already used": paste the whole message instead of typing the code. If the code has been used or has expired, ask the tree's owner for a new invitation.
- Changes don't appear for others: check the internet connection and iCloud sign-in. Members' changes wait for the owner's approval.
- Birthday reminders don't arrive: turn them on in Settings, and allow notifications for the app in iOS Settings.
- The app is locked: the app lock uses Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode.
